The tenants at Bay Club are good and it is a friendly place to live. The apartment complex has good facilties if they would keep up and make repairs on a timely basis. (excerise machine and pool area) Maintenance takes awhile to come out and many times several calls to the office are necessary. The pond adds a lot to the community and many people enjoy the ducks, turtles, herons, and birds that visit the pond daily. The stray cat population is not good. There are many stray cats that need to be removed from under buildings and throughout the community. The buildings are older but seem to be in good condition. The outside of the buildings could use a little more upkeep and cleaning. (painting and washing)Parking is plentiful and safe. When asking about the inside of apartments be sure to ask what color the walls are, if there is wallpaper in dining are, and if the walls are textured painted. I have seen several apartments and many vary in the inside decorations. I do wish there was a mantle over the fireplace and the doors to the closets and laundry area were more sable and secure. (they constantly are falling off)
