I lived there for about 2 years after moving from a different state. Had to move out because they were converting to condos and I was not about to buy my paper-thin wall unit. The management sucked at the time - not sure who is running the office these days. When you first walk in you get the impression that you're in a luxury apartment, but then when you look closely you can see the crappy construction. They advertise the crown moldings, and they must think that people are stupid - instead of the real thing, they put up two strips of wood and painted the wall between them with white paint. Please! The walls are paper-thin and you can hear your neighbors' alarm clocks, flushing toilets, and on a quiet day you can even hear them burp. Parking is a nightmare! If you are considering buying or leasing one of the units, and you think you can put up with the screaming kids/teenagers hanging out at the pool or running all over the place, then at least think about the poor construction of this place!
