I?ve lived in Carrington Place for three years and thankfully will be moving out in a month. The apartments are overpriced simply because it?s in the Park West neighborhood.

The grass is mowed weekly but the breezeways are filthy. An empty big-gulp cup sat in the breezeway for three weeks before it presumably blew away...because the staff sure doesn?t do a litter walk-through regularly like other apartments I?ve lived at.

The manager is completely ineffectual and rude. The office tried to charge me for late rent because they lost my check. As the manager told me, one of their office staff has this strange habit of putting rent checks in her pocket and forgets about them. Ever since, I?ve been asking for a receipt when I turn in my payment.

No doubt that Carrington Place is a huge cash cow for Sentinel because they invest so little in the staff and upkeep. Maybe it?s catching up to them, as I?ve seen people moving out in droves for the past couple months, and not too many moving in. I?ve lived in many apartments across the United States and this apartment complex is the worst value of them all.
