Very diasppointing. It is a spacious 2 bedroom apt but management and staff were not very hospitable. They would indeed starve in the real world.
I called twice a month to have them clean the filthy breezeways and it was not done once in the 12 months I lived their. There was also a cockroach problem at least once a month as well.
They are so desperate to get people thAt they have the latitude to give 2 months free rent but tehy try to tell you they are packed to the gills w/ tenants. In addition, they start dropping off a new lease at your deal 3 months before your lease expires. They tell you if you renew by this date we will knock rent 50.oo a month for next lease (desperate).
Trust me, take what I say at face value and do not move in at Carrington Place. There are a plethora of other apartment complexes in Mount Pleasant, tah are newer and cheaper.
