I think the office staff is very helpful and I have never had any problems dealing with the three ladies that work there. They have always been polite and very friendly whenever I have dealt with them. However... on the flip side, the "ammenities" are not what they are made out to be. The gated community is not always gated. The gate has been out of service many times since I have lived here the past 6 months. Currently, the exit gate is wide open allowing anyone who wants to enter. Also, the treadmills in the fitness are always out of service. And finally... the copy machine in the business center is not of good quality. It has been crumpling copies for quite some time now. If there is any paper in the printer or copy machine consider yourself lucky! I think this is due to minors frequenting the business center after hours... which I think should be taken care of! Oh, and one more thing... the manager's son is a teenager and gets away with anything... violating the rules as far as business center access, etc. I have witnessed him sitting atop the Carrington Place sign and have almost hit him on several occasions with my car due to him not moving out of the roadway when traffic is coming. The manager neglects to see this behavior and take care of it.
