We have spent the past year in major upset by choosing to move here. We have had numerous plumbing and rodent problems. The place is old and it majorally shows. We were promised pest control monthly and have not seen the pest control but once and that is when we called 4 times. We have received letters on our door about noise issues when our upstairs neighbors are the ones having "band practice" at all hours of the night. I would not reccommend this place to anyone.
