We had to get an appartment FAST and these were in a good area, and resonably priced.
The previous manager was amazing, but I'm not sure about the new one. The previous maintenence was good as well, but the new one is questionable. They schedule routine pressure washing on the buildings for in the mornings, send out a notice to let you know and the people end up not comming till at least 5pm after you've put everything back on your porch. There is a lot of "party/teenage" noise in the middle of the week. And the electric bills here are a little high. But the location is great, the schools are great, the price is great and it's a safe apartment complex to live in. You have to decide for yourself I think, the kitchens are tiny though.
