My husband and I have been at Crickentree since Decemeber 2005. We both really like it. Rent is a little high, but it's Mount Pleasant. We chose to stay somewhere moderately priced instead of cheap so we could live somewhere a little nicer. The other resdients at Crickentree are really nice. When we go to the pool, families are always there with their children, older couples, and college kids all talking, laughing and having a good time. When we first moved in, we had a really noisy neighbor, but we reported it and the noise stopped much to our satisfaction. This neighbor has since moved out. There's no reason to feel unsafe here as it is a nice area in town and the residents aren't shady. Sometimes when I get home from work late I do have a little bit of a problem finding a parking place, especially when neighbors have friends over, so occasionally I have had to park in the grass. I don't like doing this, but sometimes I have no other option unless I want to walk a mile to get to my apartment. I really like the wooded atmosphere. I have been to friend's apartments that were nice, but there's hardly a tree in sight. At Crickentree, there's trees everywhere, and tons of little squirells to watch from your window. The apartments are a little old, but they are cozy. The only issue is if you live downstairs like I do, you can hear the person above you walking, but I have gotten use to it and hardly hear it anymore. I have had no issues with the office staff or matienence. They have always been there to help me when it was needed in a timely fashion. We really like Crickentree and plan on renewing our lease this December. I reccomend this apartment complex to anyone. If you're a whiner or complainer, we don't want ya anyway.
