We lived in a first floor, 2-bedroom unit here as renters, from Nov. 2005 - June 2006. We went through an absolute nightmare when we first moved in because during the condo conversion, our phone wires had been cut. Of course, we didn't know that until after we moved in and tried to get phone service.

Our upstairs neighbors (2 young women) were very noisy which, in itself, is to be expected in any apartment complex, however the construction of these places is TERRIBLE and we could hear EVERYTHING: their alarm clock going off in the morning, the flushing of their commode, their washer/dryer, etc. etc.

We thought living on the ground floor would be great, but we were NEVER able to sit out on our screened-in patio because the ceiling (which is the floor of the patio above us) is made of wood slats and everything drops down onto the first floor patio. It was one big pile of --- ash.

The appliances and the overall "look" of the condo is quite nice, but even the 2 bedroom is really, really small. We can't BELIEVE that people are actually PURCHASING these units for $175,000-$200,000. Yes, we know about "location, location, location" but the construction of these condos is shoddy.

During the 7 months we lived there, a woman was raped and there was a fire in the building next to us.

Buyers/renters: beware.
