I have been living at River Oaks Apartments for close to a year now. The management here used to be good. This used to be a great place to live. Unfortunately, we had a change of management about six months ago. Since then, the place has gone straight down hill. Like most apartment communities in Mount Pleasant, River Oaks is now all about the money. The new management pushes for 100% occupancy... no matter what... no matter who.
An interesting note: River Oaks is built on 'stilts
