Listen. This site is a chopping block for apartments. I hate reading stuff like, "now they are all about the money." Do you think these places exist to meet new people' Or, "the staff doesn't care about me once we move in." Do you want to share a bottle of wine with the staff' What really matters is the apartment. With that said, here is the breakdown at RO.

Great value. Mt. Pleasant can be tough on the wallet. RO is a value. For new apartments, with a pool, year round hot tub, free gym, abundant parking (free), good sized, w/d hookups, lots of power outlets, pre-wired for cable, and good sized bathrooms, they cannot be beat. Gas grills and car washing station too!

Location is prime. Never hit any traffic. Great commute to North Charleston. Best spot to live in the Mount.

Pet friendly. Great specials. Only complaint is near a highway. So can be loud. But other than that. Would recomend. Wish I could pick up and drop off in Stamford. We will miss you RO!
