With about 80% occupancy they allow anyone to rent here, ask the College of Charleston dropouts who live and constantly party around us. Anyone with a "real" job stay away, you wont get any sleep most nights and try having a quiet night in. The staff seems annoyed with any bit of work they might be asked to perform and good luck if you have a problem.

My best advice is stay away unless you want to live in a dorm room atmosphere and have sketchy neighbors wandering the parking lot at night. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I think that whoever wrote this review is a miserable person! I don't think that you are going to find anything much better than Riveroaks! This person was probable that one person on the property that no one could stand and complained all the time! This kind of person you can never make happy so you just have to let things be! All I can say to this person is that apartment living is not for you and to go and buy a house!

I have had problems with noisy neighbors to, it's not just whoever wrote this review. My problems greatly diminished when I started putting my subwoofer on a shelf a couple of inches from the ceiling and blasting music at 8 A.M.

Lilwilli33 is obviously one of those people mentioned above OR management.

This place is horrible, try asking the office staff and their response is usually "deal with it" or "not our faults." Maybe they should consider hiring informed people who actually know how to do their jobs.

My subwoofer will be going on top of my shelf from now on to deal with the moron who lives upstairs and doesnt show an ounce of respect to her neighbors.

I've had problems with noisy neighbors. The staff refuses to do anything about it. Usually, a few calls to the police department takes care of the problem, but it shouldn't have to come to that.
Soundproofing in the buildings sucks anyway. Every time somebody walks across the floor above you, it sounds like they're building a barn.
