I am really happy with river oaks so far. We have a nice apartment, the maintenance staff is probably the best I have ever seen at an apartment complex.

The only issue i have is the irresponsible pet owners. Other than that, I really like this place.

I havent had any of the issues that some of the other posters complain about like loud partying kids, or dirty breezeways. Isnt this place a little too expensive for college of charleston dropouts, or has a college kids budget changed since I went to college'

You probably dont hear anything because you are either (A) deaf, or (B) not living around anyone which is very possible seeing they are only at about 70% occupancy. This place sucks and the staff, other than Erin, are worthless. You want something done or a solution to problems best advice is deal with it yourself by calling Mt P police. RENTING comes with certain perks and one is having a staff to deal with problem tenants.

Erin helped my fiance when he came to view one of their units. When I came to view it I stepped in poop. However, the girl that "helped" me couldn't have be less attentive, more rude, or snotty.
