I can't believe there are so many negative comments (of course these were posted before I moved in, so maybe things have changed). I recently moved out after about six months of living here, but only because I'm moving to another state. Everyone in my building was great, except for one sketchy guy who would play his damn drums-but only btwn the hours of 12AM and 8AM. However, due to frequent complaints, he's cut that crap out. There is a woman on staff, a short women with I think light eyes and red hair who is just a pain in the ass to deal with. For whatever reason (but not $ or beauty or superior intelligence) she's rude and snobby.
They did have this deal where you didnt have to pay a deposit, just a small one time fee for insurance.
Most of my neighbors were foreign and really friendly. My first full day living there, I locked myself out, and my neighbors were nice enough to let me stay @ their place until my roommate came home! This was in December and I was very thankful. I didnt have any grungy CofC dropout neighbors, though I do remember stepping in poop when walking to another side of the complex. I was in the 1000s. Apparently, its the place to be.
