I would strongly recommend that anyone interested in buying one of the condos hires an excellent inspector first and reads every word of the HOA Agreement and sales contract! In my time here I've had no less that 4 water leaks through the ceiling (all but 2 rooms affected) . Windows leak during any good storm plus the water comes through odd places so that you end up with wet patches on many of the outer walls. Ceiling patches when I moved in indicate that this is an ongoing problem.

As an apartment complex, River Oaks is overpriced but OK. As a condo where the owner will have to be liable for the existing problems' I'll be buying elsewhere.
