I would just like to inform everyone of what we have been going through so far with the application process. We fell in love with Edgewater and applied over a month ago for our 2 bed/2 bath apartment. If anyone is thinking of applying here, I hope that you do not have a common first and last name like my fiance does. Because some pervert has the same first and last name as him and is a registered sex offender, they denied us for the apartment and are making us fill out all this extra paperwork. I honestly do not understand why the management company does not check social security numbers or date of birth before they make accusations such as this. We are paying for some other pervert's crime. If I confused two of my patients in my field of work because they had the same first and last name, I could make a lethal medical error. We are severely offended. If this ever clears up, and we are able to live in Edgewater, I hope that the situation improves.

I lived there for three years!!! Did I hate everything? No. Did I HATE the staff with abundant turnover? Yes. They're ignorant. Rude. Snotty. Catty. Talked about you behind you back. It's no surprise to me that they pulled this B***S*** without verifying any other information. How they consider themselves professionals, no one will know. Also - over the summer, it's always nice to see the Property Manager (Jeremy) hanging out at the pool with other residents and friends who were drinking and smoking weed. Way to go Greystar!!!
