I lived in Edgewater Plantation for a little under a year. The entire time I was there I was sick, and I mean REALLY sick, like on steroids so I could breathe. Come to find out, the place is INFESTED with toxic mold, and by toxic I mean the kind of mold you don't EVER want in your living environment. I have the air quality tests to prove it, even though the management still denies it. If you would like to see the test results I would be more than happy to email them to anyone who wants them.

Can you tell me what building/apartment you lived in? We believe we are dealing with mold issues in the master bedroom and are going to approach the management.

I have an apartment reservd there for April 1st and was really excited to have found that place.So now I've been searching elsewhere, however if you have the proof of this I would feel better ...and I will request a refund! I'm pretty sure I know who this is and I lived in her same building. She had me so freaked out that I asked management to test my apartment. They did, twice and both test's were negative. Turns out I would be more likely to get sick from mold OUTSIDE than inside my apartment!!! I later found out that her (the author of this post) apartment tested negative and the whole thing started after the --------------------- would not date her... Go figure! Can't believe everything you read!!!

That's funny, seeing as how I didn't know anyone in my building. Yes management had the apartment tested twice and TOLD me it was negative, but wouldn't ever give me the test results or let me see them. I had the SAME company test it again and the results were awful. Air quality tests don't lie. Did management TELL you that your results were negative or did they provide you with the actual test results? I'm not sure who you are or where you get your information from, but I was friends with both the ------- and the ---------------------, and wasn't REMOTELY interested in either of them, so maybe you need to get your facts straight (or you are thinking of a different person). Either way your story is total BS.
