The staff at Edgewater Plantation Apartments would like to provide factual information regarding the previous mold posting. Tests were done on the apartment in question and the results were negative. We can certainly provide a copy of these results if requested. In addition, we would like to assure everyone that there is no evidence of mold on our property. Unfortunately as the tenant of the apartment, Edgewater Management refused to provide me with their mold test results, so I went and had had it tested on my own. This apartment complex may not have visible signs of mold, but you will get sick when you turn on the heat or the AC. If you are at all concerned about your health, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
