My husband and I lived here for 2 years. New to the area, we selected the apartment for it's location and location only. The rent goes up every year and I have no idea why....my bedroom windows leaked EVERY time there was a heavy rain, our ceiling by the fireplace leaked the first rainy season and as of our move out two years later they still had not come by to patch and paint the crack in the ceiling. ALL of my windows had mold growing in them and half were so bad that the window sill and wall were water damaged. The carpet in the living room was NOT new when I moved in and had very little padding left while we occupied the home yet I was responsible for cost of replacement. The water pipes under the parking lot continually burst and about 6 times a year we are left without water for 24 hours. The homes are NOT energy efficant and to keep our one bedroom home close to comfortable it ran about $105 a month while our friends who have homes pay about the same. The property manager Zelda NEVER returned a phone call within 24 hours and if moving didn't require security deposits, pet deposits and the stress of packing and repacking we would have broken our lease the first few months we were there.
They advertise as Luxery Apartments but they ARE NOT!!!
