The reason my husband and I chose Harbor Pointe is for the bonus room off of the living room. This room is basically useless since there is zero insulation and leaky, moldy windows and so the room stays too hot to use in summer and too cold in the winter (candles melt into blobs). Our A/C blew warm air for all of the hot season and our electric bill was always well over $100. We have been without water about 6 different times- once for a week and a half due to pipes bursting.
