As a current resident of 5 years I'm amazed
as I read all of the negative things said about Harbor Pointe. It almost makes me wonder if perhaps the reason behind the statments might be because they are late paying their rent, being evicted, fined, or having to pay a breaklease fee. Maybe one should check it out for themselves instead of reading all the visicous and down right funny junk that is put in the rating of apartments. The community has been good to me and I am constantly seeing improvements.
Also, I might add management really cares about their residents.
