I've lived all over Charleston, and for the price, the convenience and the apartment interior, its not bad. Its actually perfect for my roommate and I, who got the roommate setup and we both are happy with it. There are a lot of college kids that keep me up when I'm trying to go to bed for work in the a.m.. but I understand, a few years ago that was me. Young girls beware, there are several young guys that are really annoying and will hoot and holler when you walk by. That's one of the freakiest things. We've had a lot of things break while I've lived there, but the management has been very fast to get things fixed. Nicole is great. That's who I recommend working with in the front office. The gym, pool, and hot tub are nice. Tennis courts need work. Umm... The buildings themselves are falling apart. Our stairway is a hazzard and there is a serious cockroach infestation throughout the whole community. That's it though! This website didn't deter me from living at Harbor Pointe, and its really an ok place to be.
