After finding this website by accident,it is truly amazing! I have lived at Harbour Pointe for 3 years, and have some really great times as well as some not so great. The people that voice their opinions on this web site( not just HP but almost all the complexes) must have major attitude problems or be bi-polar! I'm also guessing they have never owned a home before. Try calling an a/c company in the summer for a house and be lucky to have someone even come out with in a week to LOOK at (for about $800!) then wait a week or 2 for the part and shell out more money. The dog poop here is bad. That's because nasty RESIDENTS are too lazy to clean up after the dogs! I can only imagine how they keep their apt on the inside! I have personally witnessed Zelda and Nicole of the office fussing at people about cleaning up after the dogs, and are treated so rudely by the owners! Really, how can the office people watch and wait for every dog to take a crap and see if they clean it up! I have to wonder if the people who wrote stuff about this ever bothered to say anything when the saw it happening' Apt ratings.com is a joke. This is a place for pissed off people who probably screwed up something or expect the world to cater to them can vent here! All I can say, and this is for all the communities on this site- if you are so freaking miserable, get out! If I hated to be somewhere as much as some of these people, I wouldn't care how much it cost to get out of my lease! Unless it's really not such a bad place, and you just want to slander everyone! I'm staying!
