Do you prefer to put an outside building maintanace safety issue to the attention of the property manager and then wait until 6-8 months for the correction'
Do you enjoy seeing the bare wood on your building where the paint has completely peeled off'
How about rotting wood on the steps or stairways'
Do you enjoy solving your problems at your own expense because the manager completely ignores your distress and then has the gall to tell you it wasn't fixed properly'
IF YOU ANSWER YES TO ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS THEN HARBOR POINTE IS JUST THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!
PS The above does not apply to maintainance or Nicole. It does apply to the current property manager, the corporate manager, and the private owner who does nothing to fix these problems and many maore.
