What baffles me,,, for all the supposively unhappy people who live in Harbor Pointe, why are you still there' To me you sound like a bunch of whiny b*t*ches! Move! Why stay at a place that your so unhappy with' I am an x-Property Manager, and first hand i know how hard Property Management is and can be..... Do you' I don't personally live at Harbor Pointe but have many friends that live there, and most of them have been there for atleast a year. None of them have had the problems that some of you claim..If anything, i heard how sweet the whole staff was and how hard they try to make their residents happy.. I agree with anothers comment that the people that made these ugly comments must have had problems paying their rent, were noisey or some other reason that has gotten their panties in a wad.. Most of the people on this site complained about dog poop.. and how the management could control that... I love to hear their suggestions on that one! Hire people to sit all over the property 24 hours a day to wait to bust a owner not picking up after their dog' You people are ridiculous! Get a life.. and maybe even a Property Management License while your at it.. Maybe once you get a idea about it, you'll stop talking s**t about something you don't know about.
