Reading what some people have written is a little scary! I have lived here for almost 5mos, and haven't had any of the stuff that others have happen to me. I keep wondering when it'sgonna start and that has me worried, but everyone that works here has been real nice and follows thru on everything they say they will. I fell in love w/ H.P when I saw how pretty the flowers and all the landscaping is. I love my sunroom, and have really great nieghbors. As far as the bad stuff, well, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that things will stay great for me. I think Zelda is a sweetheart and Nicole is too. Maybe I'm just a more likeable person than the authors before me'! :)
