Just surfing tonight and noticed the last rating regarding maintenance and the water. Please!! From what I have seen from the current maintenance guys, is they are having to pay for what the other slack people that called themselves maintenance techs.did. They are really working hard to make things better. Like just checking the fire alarms to make sure they work. I have lived here 5 years and that my friend is the first for that. I see alot of improvements all the way around. Maybe the reason the pager didn't work is they were busy trying to fix the problem!!
