Harbor Pointe is a nice place to live. We had a beautiful located 1br apartment and a wonderful neighbor that lived adjacent to us. However, we were constantly harrased my the neighbor below us. In fact we had to get a trespassing order against her. Harbor Pointe Staff failed to remove her and renewed her lease after saying they wouldn't. I would highly recommend that you ask about your neighbor if you are living on the second floor. Our apartments are old and not newly renovated, like they advertised in the apartment guide, if fact we have been here only a year and they have gone down hill fast. The maintance men are nice, but they don't know how to fix a dishwasher so don't bother asking them to. And the electric bills are sky high due to the old air conditioning units. Other then that we did meet some great people here and my dog met one of his best friends.... I guess its a hit or miss...
