One of the major problems with Harbor Pointe is that Zelda which is the property manager sucks at managing an apartment complex, especially as big as Harbor Pointe.I'm sure the woman has a few good qualities but she comes across as really not having too much of a clue about anything.She doesn't know how to speak to people with morals and class. Every other word that comes out of her mouth is "uh".. It takes her 5 hours to make a 5 second point then talks down to people as if their the dumb ones.. She blames the property going to ---- either on maintenance or upper management..Which really could only go so far. She needs to take a minute and check herself. She's known for screwing her employees over. No one wants to work for her.Obviously upper management doesn't have a clue either cause she still sits in this position as if. Many of the stairs are about to cave in, bug problems,rat problems, cracked up tennis courts, no lights on the tennis courts, dark areas everywhere,broken fence leading to the pool. Can any body say law suits, just to name a few.. Then she trys to make excuses as if she really can give a logical explanation...There is major discrimination and special treatment to certain people that from what I was told has been going on for a long time on her part...Who knows if its her or the corporate office but regardless its just a matter of time that Zelda and the upper management get exposed to the true people they are. Whats irrating the most is that she trys to come across as a caring, loving, thoughtful person yet it seems to me that she only does these things to save her own ass. Wake up and get a clue!
