We have lived at Harbor Pointe for over 3 years now. If not for the great location (and our laziness) we would have moved long ago. The buildings are in very poor condition - we have also had mushrooms growing out of the wall, the place needs to be painted, something is always broken. The staff are horrible, except for the poor overworked maintenance guys. But you can't beat the price and the location. If you are looking for a new apartment this is not the place for you. Also, do not live on the first floor if you don't like to hear your neighbors.
