Lived there for one year starting last August. Moved us in not telling us the place leaked anytime it rained. Then had to live through re-construction with no apology. Lived through constant hammers, and noise, it was terrible. Had a wall and window broken and letting air in in December, never said anything to us. Then when we turned rent in 2hrs past the turn in time,(which is the 2nd there) they charged us, even when we made a case for how much we had lived through and never asked for money off they still charged. Then when moved out (and we cleaned and cleaned our apt, and even moved out early giving them more time to clean) not only took our whole security but charged more, and most was for damages they did!! People in the office don't care about their residents, and are rude. You can find better places to live in the area.
