I have had the best time living at Hibben Ferry over the past few years! The staff has been great and I haven't had anything major wrong with my apartment at all. A few minor things here and there but the guys were always there within minutes to fix it. They just had an awesome pool party that was catered and had a DJ. It was a lot of fun. Unfortunetly, there has been a family emergency and I have to move out of town but I was planning on renting the new apartments that they have now. They are BEAUTIFUL! Yes, they are more expensive than what we are paying now but well worth it. I am going to recommend everyone I know to live here. I am going to miss my neighbors & the staff here very much! Thank you Hibben Ferry for making the last 3 years great!

Be happy you got out before it really got noisy with construction,rude maintenance folks, rude manager. the assistant manager and part timers are fine
