this place isnt so bad, if you dont mind paying a lot... but the pool is open only 80% of the time in the summer. They dont have recycling. I heard that the maintenance man is an ------- and makes offending remarks to residents.

You "Heard" the maintenance man was a ----?? Do you always believe everything that you hear? I KNOW the maintenance guy & have for the 4 years he's been here & he would do anything for anybody! He has a different sense of humor sometimes but those people that you are "hearing" things from probably have a very dry sense of humor. If you have only lived here a year, how do you know that the pool is only open 80% of the time? I have lived here for years & years and it has only been closed a couple of times due to maintenance on it now & again but things happen...You live 10 minutes from the beach, what are you complaining about?

Dear HappyhereHF, You have a very simple mind... When one pays as much to live here, one should have the right to have a pool open all season long... and I'm sorry, why does it matter if one lives 10 min from the beach.. that has nothing to do with the pool being closed. I agree with the author of the original message.
