I have seen many changes over the last 5 years. Some good.

I feel that recent upgrade is a result of poor maintence and lack of maintence from previous years. For years, no one did any routine maintence. Now, the are fixing everything, and have raised rent $300-400, so you can pay for it. Everyone has moved out, and I plan to also. There is mold in the ceilings, so it you have allergies, beware. I am sure the new paint will over it all up.

I think the only decent person is the maintence man, Sam. Yes, it takes some time to get things fixed. I am not real sure it is his fault, but an overall management problem. Everythinh here has been falling apart, so I am sure he has been very busy.

The office staff is rude. All of them. Bring up a problem, expect the crap to be shoveled back onto you. I have been here over 5 years, paid rent late 1 day, because I was in the hospital, and got a late fee. You will have to wait for them, but, they will not wait on you. But, that is life. Bills are due, when bills are due. If there weren't people out there, trying not to pay their rent, then it would not be like that.

No one lives here now, b/c it is too expensive. But, when it is full, there are no, and I mean NO parking spaces. You can expect, a ticket on your car. They don't care, money is money right' I suggest you park and walk from a condo close by. Remember, don't complian. You might be up against that smart pants male who drives the sports car in the office.

Oh, the manager. She doesn't get there until, she gets there. You know, she has a baby now. So, just wait, OK. I mean, what is your problem' Right' I know, crazy!!!

So, I am suppose to move from my apartment, into a new one. $735 to 1175. Oh, to help my transition and help ease the move, I need to pay another $50 application fee. (No history of payment problems) (Oh yeah, this is about money. I forgot.) Then, another deposit. Oh, pet rent too. Now, if I have another child in the apartment, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. BUT, A PET, MORE RENT!!! I guess there are discrimation laws with children, but not with kids. So, it is LEGAL!!!

Sounds like you need to get your facts straight! Recent upgrades a sign of poor maintenance??? WHAT??? The brand new apartments have nothing to do with poor maintenance. The buildings are 25 years old...what do you expect? I think its GREAT that they are making these new. I took one of the upgraded units myself and they are waiving fees for existing residents...Like I said...GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT! I guess it's not about the money! AND...the price is not $1175 it's $1085. If the place is so terrible, why have you stayed for 5 years?? DAH!!! I think that you can't afford to live in a nice place & that has made you bitter!! The guy in the office...that drives the sports car...is one of the nicest, most professional, do anything for you, guys that I know and most everyone here agrees! Sounds again like you have a problem with people with nice things. What poor taste you have bringing up the manager's baby!!!! If you have a problem with her fine...but to bring up her baby...you sound heartless!!!! I guess you work the streets at night or something because if you were around here at night, you would see the managers car at the office until 6:00,7:00,8:00 or so at night. Why do you care what hours she works?? Get a life!!!!!!

Who cares what "YOU" agree with? Who the heck are you? Everyone is entitled to an opinion...I think that all of the nasty reviews are from people who lived in the old units that are mad they have to move out. Notice you don't see any bad reviews from new residents that have moved in to the new apartments. I am one of them and I love it here. I have already referred several people to live here. It is a nice place to live.
