I moved in my apartment in November and I love it! I have read all of these reviews and some of the responses to the reviews and I guess I've been lucky because I have not experienced any of the things these other tenants are talking about. The only thing is maybe the construction but with any renovation, it's expected. Just out of curiosity, When I was in paying my rent, I asked when the construction would be done. It is scheduled for the middle of July. So for the unhappy people, I guess there is light at the end of the tunnel. I have been to a couple of the Sunday brunch events that they have in the clubhouse sometimes (which is VERY nice and like nothing I've seen at other complexes I've lived in) and I have talked to a bunch of tenants that seem to like it a lot here and others that have lived here for years. I don't think that it's as bad as some of these reviews. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I think anyone looking to rent an apartment should give it a try. I don't know what things were like around here before I moved in but I think it's great now'' I DO plan on renewing my lease in November and I would recommend this complex to others.
