Never met such an ignorant group of people as the ones that work the front desk. They're awlful, and the girls up there are total -------. The pool is disgusting, the rent is sky high for what you get, the grills never work, and seriously how long are they going to leave those containers in the parking lot' I lived here for 3 years, and I would never go back. The first year was great I admit, but the next two years were terrible. I hated every minute that I was there. The speed bumps are ridicuous, and the construction workers hit on you all the time if you're a single girl, which I am. It was so annoying...and lets not forget how many times during office hours they had the doors locked.

you are so right about the office personnel, especially cf, who acts like the biggest dumbest bimbo in the area.

I have lived here for almost 2 yrs and absolutely love it! The office staff helped me move from out of state and they were most helpful! I enjoy living here and would recommend anyone here! Not to mention- they do offer $500 to their residents when they refer someone and they move in! Hibben Ferry is a great place that I call home!
