The location was very nice, however the management here is the worst that I have ever encountered at an apartment complex. They advertise great amenities and services when you are thinking about moving in, but are slow to act (if they act at all) when you have an issue arise. If you are looking to move to Mt. Pleasant I suggest you choose another complex in the area. I also found that there are a lot of hidden charges associated with this complex. Sometimes charges are added and the management cannot tell you what they are for (you would think everything they bill you for is itemized in their computer'''), but you are obligated to pay or risk having a $75 late fee added. It was too exhausting and stressful having to continuously bring these issues to their attention and having no resolution. Save yourself the stress, time and MONEY and choose another place.
