Hibben Ferry is a joke. Their "multi-million dollar renovations" are nothing more than cheap replacements to mask tiny, overpriced apartments. The layouts are small and poorly thought out. They will find any excuse to save money and squeeze every extra dime out of you that they possibly can why' So they can put up a different colored balloon everyday. I had a visitor stay in the guest apartment. We were promised that it had been cleaned and the sheets had been washed. There was leftover food in the refrigerator, moldy coffee in the coffee pot, and unwashed dishes in the sink with food leftover in them. It reeked of cigarette smoke and my visitor found a rotting apple core in her bed IN the sheets!! DISGUSTING. The lighting around the complex is atrocious. The management is rude and condescending. They will treat you like a child no matter what your age is. The carpeting and laminate are cheap excuses for flooring. The landscaping is half-@$$ed, with large patches of grass missing on most of the lawn areas. They put up a LARGE tacky bright red and yellow sign at the entrance of the complex advertising their "new interiors" they were remodeled a year and a half ago, meaning most if not all of the apartments have been lived in since then. NEWSFLASH: NOT NEW!!! You are better off renting ANYWHERE but here unless you want to flush your money down the toilet.

I agree, I have lived here for a while now and I am not impressed. I am planning to get out of this lease as soon as I can... I have been locked into this and will never make the same mistake again. As far as the staff is concerned, I hate them. no one is concerned with my needs. Please don't come here. this place is crazy!!!! And heed this because I didn't when I was looking... this pace is a money pit and the staff promise all upfront but forget you as soon as you arrive. Forget it, go to other housing areas!
