I have lived here for close to two years and I could not be happier. The office staff is very helpful, maintenance great. I believe the supervisor has been working here for like six or seven years. The grounds are always spotless. I would recommend this apartment to everyone!

What supervisor are you referring to? I lived at Hibben Ferry from May 08-March 09 and a new supervisor started in January of 09. By the way, he is arrogant, self-important and extremely rude. He does not treat you like a neighbor would. He treats you like a nuisance, and he once told me he could see my every move from his place - brings a whole new meaning to the word "supervisor," huh? These people will fall all over themselves to get you to sign the lease, and once you do they will treat you like garbage.
