I have been at Hibben Ferry since the beginning of January, 2009. I love it! The property is gorgeous (love all the palm tree's). The kitchens are the nicest around town (black appliances and maple 42" cabinets). I have had a few maitenance request but the staff has responded quickly every time. I love the convenience of the property, too. Shopping, restaurants and 526/I26 are all convenient to get to. No one has a better set up and the rates are very reasonable. This place is GREAT!!!!

It's pretty pathetic when the office staff has to come onto the site and write fake reviews because their rating is so bad. Nice promotional pictures.
