We've lived here for over two years and we are very happy. The community is quiet, not as beautiful as some of the brand new places, but comfortable. The units are relatively large with ample storage and thick walls (so you don't hear your neighbors, unless they are outside and you have your windows open). There is plenty of parking (assigned, in front of your unit), and additional areas for guests. There is no pool/playground, but that just means that there are no screaming kids/teenagers. The old resident manager was great, but she moved out of state, and the new one is doing a good job.

Two improvements are needed: revisit the maintenance guy's schedule (make him more available to us), and get those dog walkers to pick up after their pets! Oh, and maybe more lighting'

I've lived in a brand new place with paper-thin walls, a beautiful pool, and morons in the leasing office, and I'd pick Hunters Trace in a heart beat!
