The landlord is awful. I moved out because of her. Oh and if you break your lease early' you have to pay for it until it's rented out by someone!! don't expect something to be fixed without a fight. She acts nice until you move in and She has an attitude about everything! pets,rent talking with people too loud outside, not parking right. She knocks once and then comes right in when something has to be done, never calls first. She has people working on the yard all the time starting at 8am, so don't ever expect to sleep in. and the windows are a joke. they are really old and you can hear everything like it's literally inside the house.
Yeah, sure its a good deal for Mt. pleasant, but just like all the people I talked to that lived there, it's not even worth the money.
