Since this place is now considered condos, just like everything else in Mt P, it seems management only cares about the people who are buying the condo. The complex has gone through 3 maintenance guys in about 2 years, and good luck getting anyone to help with unruly neighbors. Our neighbors fight(VERY LOUDLY) every friday after they've been drinking, and we've called the cops more than 10 times on them. Nothing has been done. They are rude, and any time we open our window and they hear it, they are out on their patio smoking. We have asked them to stop, but that made them angry, and now they are out for a vengeance. The management is non-existent at best, and only certain buildings really get cleaned/power washed. Since we rent, our management company tries to work closely with the management company of Long Grove. They have proved that impossible. The ceiling in our apartment has cracks in it, and no attention has been paid.
