If you like bugs(roaches),water flooding your apartment,paper thin walls,noisy inconsiderate neighbors,no parking(at least for the people that pay rent-guests excluded),appliances that don't work,walls that are not painted when you move in & best of all a mgnt. staff that seems real nice before you move in and just pay the rent-I really could care less about you now attitude, after. Then this is the place for you. Me, I'm ashamed to tell people I live in Montclair Apts. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Stay Far, Far, Far Away!
