My husband and I lived here for 10 months before moving out. (it was cheaper to pay out our contract that to terminate it!) Throughout the first 6 months, we had maintainance at our townhouse about every other week fixing random things, mostly the shower floor. Our kitchen flooded approximately 8 times during our stay there. After the first flood, we called the office and they said it would be at least a day before they could get someone there to get the water out, so we went and bought our own shop-vac. The maintainance staff was very nice, but didn't know a thing about maintainance!!! One person in the office was very helpful (Jennifer Tilk), but the rest of them are always crabby and unwilling to help. This is only a brief summary of all the things we went through at this location, which should definitely tell you to steer clear from this location if possible. It's not worth the money you pay for it!
