Well I am glad to see that the residents at Montclair are making a statement about how they feel about a little place I like to call home. I would just like to say for the record that Montclair has an extiminator come out and spray monthly. I have no problem with roaches maybe the previous person to write a statement should have cleaned house a little better, because frankly I think Montclair is a nice place and it offend me when people talk negatively about a place I love. I have been here for years and I have only needed maintenance once and that was my fault. My lease is coming up in 2 months and YES I will be renewing
