I have been for since 1999 and I think Montclair is great and if you don't know much about the area, Mount Pleasant is very nice also. Montclair has 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, basketball and tennis courts which are very nice. They also have Security Gates. They have a video rental (FOR FREE) in the office, so you don't have to go to Blockbusters or pay fees. They have mailboxs stationed near the apartments that there for, that way the residents don't have to travel way across the property just to get their mail. If you lived at Montclair, you would be right across the street from Palmetto Grande Movie Theatre, all sorts of Restaurants and Shops that are in the Mount Pleasant Town Center, Grocery Stores and Banks. Not to mention less
than 5 mins from the beach. Shirley is the Asst. Manager at Montclair and she is always very helpful whenever I need anything and she enjoys hearing a good joke, Shirley is a great asset to Montclair. Sheryl is the manager and she is very resident oriented
and enjoys laughing and speaking to the residents, Shirley and Sheryl are very down to earth who will treat you as one of the family and their on first name basis with everyone.
