I lived at Montclair about a year ago. I have one nice thing to say. The maintenance guys are amazing. One guy reminds me of McGuyver. He can fix air conditioners with rubber bands and paper clips. He can repair toilets with piano wire. Roof leaks. Not a problem. Bring on the duct tape. Monclair never seemed to replace anything. They just did the quick fix and moved on. Hats off to the maintenance guys. They deserved every penny they received. As for management. These folks seemed intent on squeezing every penny until it squeeked. Come on people. Put a little money back into the place. The downhill slide is evident. Proceed with caution. Shop around. There are much nicer places available.
