I lived there 6 months and was given the absolute worst attitude from the office staff anytime I ever had to call for maintanence, or had a problem with a neighbor. EVERYONE was supposed to pick up after there dogs... (no one did) I was given written notice for not picking up after mine, which was a CROCK because I always did. My neighbor (one of the staff) disliked my dog so she made it a point to "watch" everytime I walked him to see if I picked up his "waste"... There was a serious problem with stray cats... dozens of them all over the place. Makes it extremely hard to walk your dog when cats run out of the bushes and the dog bolts after them! Call animal control for goodness sakes! Overall, the townhouses are pretty nice but overpriced for the service I received. Nice place to live if you can be VERY tolerant of the bad attitude you will get from the staff after move-in.
