Montclair is old, let's face it! The townhomes creak and groan no matter where you step. The lawn maintenance team sucks. They mow the grass and you step outside and the grass is still tall enough for your foot to sink two full inches. The "grass" is really only clover and weeds anyway. The stray cats are a horrible problem and I am sure are spreading disease everywhere since Management doesn't require anyone to pick up after them. There are a few great residents who always pick up after their dogs but there is the majority who let their dog crap an they walk away so you can step in it later. The closet doors are total crap, always falling off their tracks. Jennifer, in the office, needs to get off her high horse and help the residents. She's awful! Now, for the kicker, they are going condo and asking way too much money for these run down places. They think that they can call themselves "Montclair at Towne Center" Luxury Townhomes. Trust me, there is NO luxury here!!!
